Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the products, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction with our products, clients have the liberty to cancel/return and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund is as follows:

You may return products purchased from ThinkPro for upto 7 days from receipt of the product and for the following reasons: Damage on arrival, Manufacturing defect or In-correct product received. The time starts from date the product is delivered to you as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. The refund amount will be equal to the Paid amount for an item.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway payments, refund will be made to the same account.
